WINTER CSA We are thrilled to be offering another season of Winter CSA! Our winter csa shares include a mix of crops grown in our four unheated hoop houses (with a fifth on the way) and those stored in our "root cellar" like coolers.

Winter CSA has quickly become a very important season for our farmers with over 100 of our organic farmers relying on the CSA to sustain their organic farming practices and families. Many of our farmers use greenhouses to ensure a variety of greens through the snowy months. Wood stoves are used in some of these greenhouses as a sustainable way.
