WINTER CSA We are thrilled to be offering another season of Winter CSA! Our winter csa shares include a mix of crops grown in our four unheated hoop houses (with a fifth on the way) and those stored in our "root cellar" like coolers.

Many of our farmers use greenhouses to ensure a variety of greens through the snowy months. Wood stoves are used in some of these greenhouses as a sustainable way.
