There wasn't too much more to this cake - just covering it in the white and hot pink fondant, sealing it with golden yellow buttercream frosting and inserting the pre-made fondant hearts into the top tier. I also added cashous near the swirls and painted the hearts on sticks with some sugar glue and pink disco dust.
