It's called the Devil's Frying Pan - hard to imagine why on a calm day like this but in the middle of a winter storm it's a different story. June 05.

Frying Pan Springs. This small roadside geothermal hot spring has a short wheelchair accessible boardwalk with a bench. The hot spring, formerly known as Devil's Frying Pan, obtained its name from bubbles that rise from the spring's bottom to the surface of the water, giving a similar appearance to that of grease sizzling on a griddle.
