Instructions. Preheat oven to 375℉. Grease an 8 X 11-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick baking spray. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the peaches, strawberries, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Pour into the baking dish and set aside. Add the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter to a food processor.

Top with a third of the pudding, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup peaches and a third of the whipped topping. Top with remaining cake, pudding, strawberries, peaches and whipped topping.
