The Ragin' Cajun Burger is back. The national restaurant chain Sonic is again offering the University of Louisiana at Lafayette-themed burgers. They're slathered with spicy mayo, topped with a slice of pepper jack cheese and stamped with an edible Ragin' Cajuns® logo that is steamed onto the bun. The burgers also have sparked a hot trend.

I ordered the Ragin ' Cajun Burger or Cajun Ragin ' Burger. The taste was good but wasn't memorable. With the hot sauce and if I had opted to go with BBQ sauce of some sort it might have been better. The bottom bun was soggy as hell by the time I reached for the burger which was immediate. Should have asked for it toasted. I like em brown.
