1 c. (lite) sour cream. 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed. 1 stick butter, melted. 2 tbsp. poppy seeds. Combine chicken, water chestnuts, peas, soup and sour cream. Put in a 9x13 baker and cover with 3 c. Crispix (or Corn Chex) sauteed in 3-4 T melted butter. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
