Escabeche is a Filipino fish dish, where large fish is cooked in a sauce made with vinegar, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot, bell pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar and slurry.Escabeche is a common centrepiece for a lot of fiestas and holiday celebrations.
