Il foro di Nerva è oggi visibile in due porzioni, separato da via dei Fori Imperiali. Un tratto del muro perimetrale con colonne aggettanti, note come "le colonnacce", è tutt'ora conservato. Nel Museo dei Fori sono oggi conservati vari frammenti del fregio e parte delle decorazioni marmoree.
